How yoga can help you relief back, neck, and shoulders pains? This 2 to 3 hour workshop will enable the teams to understand the roots and causes of their discomforts and pains and give them simple tools to act on it.
The workshops kicks off in small groups to explore simple yoga postures and their effects. A presentation follows unfolding the roots and causes of most common back issues, and providing a set of yoga postures and breathing techniques to relief pain. Then a guided practice focusing on back relaxing and strengthening postures will show participants how to proactively act on their back conditions. A take-away kit will be provided empowering participants to reapply and create new habits when facing back pains.
