Centered around the notion of physical and emotional balance, Hatha classes are perfect for students looking to alleviate stress and fatigue and to maintain good health. In this class we put emphasis on the breath and the coordination of movements with breath. You will do postures (āsanas) in sequences (vinyasas) and breathing techniques (Prānāyāma).
