This half to full day workshop will bring alive the concept of mindfulness, learning how to apply the right tools in hectic daily life.

After a practice aiming at relaxation and stability, the workshop will lead participants to answer relevant questions defining their personal works and life balance. Participants will experience postural, breathing and meditation techniques allowing them to understand the power of the mind. To be more focused, to compartmentalise better “personal and work” life, and therefore to improve daily life will be the key take-aways.
