An integrated practice to open the body & channel the mind

40’ slow stretchy flow to relax and open the body + 20’ breathing & mindfulness . I will use a combination of sounds, mantras, pranayama (breathing) techniques along with practicing with an intention, allowing students to dive deeper inside.
