An integrated Yoga practice to open the body & channel the mind

A combinaison of stretchy flow to relax and open the body, breathing & mindfulness . I will use a combination of postures, pranayama (breathing) techniques and sometimes sounds & mantras along with practicing with an intention, allowing students to dive deeper inside.
