13-18th April 2026

Treat yourself to a rare experience: a holistic journey designed to rekindle your vitality, soothe your mind, and help you deeply understand your inner workings through Ayurveda.
An inner adventure woven from traditional practices, sacred rituals, and truly personalized guidance.

Before you even set foot in Brittany, your journey begins with two months of guided support (February–March) to prepare your body and mind. Through Ayurveda, you’ll learn to read your constitution, identify your real needs, and adopt the practices that genuinely support you—especially during transitional periods, such as the shift from winter to spring, often more challenging than it seems.

Then come 6 days of small-group immersion, allowing you to experience profound transformation in a preserved natural setting, ideal for quietude, regeneration, and integration.

On the program:
Yoga, meditation, prānāyāma, mantras, fire and water rituals guided by trained practitioners, Ayurveda workshops, Swedish sauna, spring-water pool, ayurvedic massages, satsang evenings, and spacious moments of silence to let what needs to emerge arise naturally.

A complete, coherent, and deeply human experience—designed to help you know yourself better, rebalance your energy, and welcome the renewal of spring with greater clarity, stability, and momentum.

Only 10 places available, for an intimate retreat where every participant is genuinely supported.

Your passionate teacher

Céline Chambat, Yoga & Meditation

Over twenty years ago, Céline discovered yoga at a time when life seemed to be moving too fast. What started as a simple practice soon became a sanctuary — a place where the breath soothed, the body loosened, and the mind found clarity. This profound encounter quietly revealed a truth: yoga would be a part of her life… and in time, she felt the calling to share its gift with others.

Trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya (Eka Yoga Institute – RYS500 Yoga Alliance & French Yoga Institute), Céline immersed herself deeply in the study of postures, breathwork, mantras, and Vedic chanting. She came to understand that yoga is not just a discipline, but a powerful path of transformation. Her ongoing studies — including guided meditations (Joe Dispenza, François Lemay, Christophe André, Thich Nhat Hanh, Zen tradition), Ayurveda, Indian mythology, and Qi Gong — continue to enrich both her practice and her teaching.

Céline offers gentle, open, and accessible yoga, suitable for everyone regardless of age or physical ability, with thoughtful adaptations for each student. She welcomes every participant with the same intention: to create a safe and nurturing space where the body is listened to, the mind is soothed, and each person can progress at their own pace. In private sessions, she guides step by step, building personalized practices that support both subtle and profound transformations.

For this retreat, Céline has designed and coordinated a program that reflects her passions: the power of community, the wisdom of traditions, and the magic of Brittany’s natural landscape. She is occasionally joined by expert teachers and therapists whose skills further enrich the experience.

“Yoga has taught me to see the beauty in everyday life, to breathe in the midst of storms, and to find the strength to navigate life’s challenges. My wish is to share these precious teachings, so they may illuminate your life as they have illuminated mine.”
— Céline

The retreat helped me to find trust in my body again and the joy of enjoying the moment.

Catherine, Switzerland (Yoga & Ayurveda retreat Nov 2021)

YOGA WAYS Yoga & Ayurveda retreat at Monte Velho center has been a good starting point to improve my health habits. The learning of my Prakriti and Vikriti are giving me new tools to work. The center allowed to be out of the buzzing lives we live today, to concentrate on self. Celine, Josephine and Ayalla did a wonderful team work to help me discover who I am.

Meike, Berlin Germany (Yoga & Ayurveda retreat 2023)

The retreat at Montevelho was just beautiful. I felt that the mix of yoga sessions with the Ayurveda knowledge matched perfectly. Celine and Josephine were leading the group in a very mindful way and I feel very grateful to have met them, as well as this super nice group of people. The retreat center is a dream and the food was a real treat, it was super delicious. I highly recommend their retreats!

Joël, Paris (Yoga & Ayurveda retreat Nov. 2023)

Great peaceful and quiet place. Amazing teachers and so good healthy food!

Juliana, Brasil (Yoga & Ayurveda retreat Nov.2022)

It was my second time at Monte Velho, and this place is just perfect for yoga retreats! A lot of nature and peace, an amazing spot to see both the sun rise and sunset. It was very interesting for me to know more about Ayurveda philosophy and how I can use it to balance my life and be more connected to the signs of my body. The retreat was very well thought, and carefully organised. All the classes were connected with the workshops and the food, according to the doshas we were studying on that day. I have a very pleasant experience and a lot of time to connect to myself!

“Celine and Jehanne are wonderful yoga teachers – skilled in understanding one’s individual needs and expectations and customising an appropriate practice that works best to support mind and body.  This is the best yoga guidance i have ever had.” –

Bérengère (Yoga & Méditation retreat Mai 2021)

It was my first yoga retreat in Portugal with YOGA-WAYS — a unique inner experience I had been dreaming of for quite some time. Céline and Joséphine prepared these five days beautifully, in a setting that absolutely enchanted me. I let myself be completely carried and guided into a world I didn’t know yet. I recharged, rested, and replenished myself.

I loved the yoga sessions, the meditation, the vegan cuisine, the hot bath, the 5:30 a.m. meditation, the massage, my reading time, the hosts at Essencia, the atmosphere… I will definitely be back!
