Another look at your vision

Yoga at workplace to better understand and manage the impact of stress and screen time on vision.

I offer corporate sessions in the form of 2 to 3-hour workshops or corporate yoga classes.

Goals of the Eye Yoga Workshop

  • Reduce eye strain, headaches, and visual fatigue caused by screen use and prolonged focus
  • Alleviate dryness and irritation through conscious blinking
  • Strengthen flexibility and tone in the eye muscles to improve mobility and visual accommodation
  • Stimulate blood circulation around the eyes, enhancing oxygenation, concentration, and mental clarity
  • Promote mental relaxation and focus through breathing techniques and guided visualization

What to Expect from This Workshop?

This workshop offers gentle movements to help reduce eye pressure and relieve common discomforts such as visual fatigue, tension, and headaches.

It can be tailored to your specific needs, with formats ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours.

The Eye Yoga workshop includes:

  • a general practice (45 to 60 minutes) to release tension from both body and mind,
  • a brief introductory talk,
  • and targeted practices for the eyes.

Each participant leaves with a small “home kit” of simple exercises, to practice independently and extend the benefits into daily life.

The techniques are rooted in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya & T.K.V. Desikachar, following the teachings of Valérie Faneco (EKA YOGA INSTITUTE).

Céline Chambat, Yoga & Méditation

Céline Chambat, votre enseignante passionnée:

A sailor’s soul and dedicated yoga teacher, I was born in Brittany, close to the ocean. With a business school degree in hand, I quickly set sail to explore the Asian cultures that fascinated me. I lived there for over twenty years before returning to Europe.

It was there, in Asia, that yoga entered my life — initially by chance, one day when I was drawn to voices chanting mantras behind a door. I listened, stepped inside, and sat down… that was 22 years ago, my very first class. Since then, yoga has never left me.

For many years, I was a dedicated practitioner: Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, then traditional Krishnamacharya yoga. I also deepened my meditation practice with the same commitment.

My Approach: Breath, Heart, Healing — yoga tailored to you.

I trained in the Madras tradition of Krishnamacharya at the Eka Yoga Institute (Singapore, 2012–2015), then in Yoga Therapy with the French Yoga Institute (Institut Français du Yoga) (2015–2017).

I teach a traditional form of yoga based on the art of adaptation: each practice is tailored to the individual(s) present, in full respect of their needs, capacities, and personal evolution. I particularly enjoy working in corporate settings, combining my over 20 years of experience with my expertise.

Each session combines postures, breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma), meditation, and/or yoga philosophy. It is tailor-made according to the individual(s) present, respecting their needs and abilities.
