The Yoga & Stress workshop begins in small groups with simple breathing exercises designed to explore the power of the breath.
This is followed by an interactive presentation and discussion on the symptoms of stress and the practical tools that yoga offers to manage it.
Participants then move into a guided yoga session, focusing on calming postures and conscious breathing, offering a direct experience of how yoga can support stress relief.
To wrap up, each participant will receive a take-home Stress Management Kit, designed to help integrate the practices into daily life and build healthier habits when facing stress.
