How yoga can help you manage your stress ?
This 2 to 3 hour workshop will enable the teams to better understand stress symptoms in their life and act on it.

The Yoga & Stress workshop kicks off in small groups exploring the power of breath through simple breathing exercices. Then a debate and presentation unfolds the symptoms of stress  and the tools yoga provide to manage it. Following which, a guided yoga practice focusing on relaxing postures and breathing exercises will give participants an opportunity to experience the power of yoga in managing stress. A take-away stress management kit will be provided empowering participants to reapply and create new habits when facing stress.
